Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase.

During peak periods or for larger orders, this may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We manage all domestic shipping directly to ensure a seamless and cost-effective delivery experience within New Zealand.

Select local pickup at checkout. Your order will be ready within 2–3 business days.

We will email you once it is ready, along with collection details.

Pickup is by appointment. Please bring your order confirmation.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to Australia and selected global destinations through trusted delivery partners, ensuring a reliable and efficient service.

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.


SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Please provide a physical address at checkout.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your order has not arrived within 8–10 days of dispatch, please contact us at support@biancaray.com with your order number.

 

CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

We begin preparing orders quickly, so changes can only be made before your order has been processed.

 

MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

 

MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES

To ship to more than one address, please place separate orders.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

While we take care in packaging each order, once it has been dispatched it is handled by the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier and our support team as soon as possible.
