GIFT CARD PURCHASE AND REDEMPTION

Gift cards are available for purchase through our Shopify store and can be redeemed exclusively online at biancaray.com.

They are offered in a range of denominations and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in-store.

VALIDITY

Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, in line with New Zealand regulations.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Bianca Ray is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

HOW TO USE

To redeem your gift card, enter the unique code at checkout.

If your order exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

BALANCE AND EXPIRY

Any remaining balance can be used across multiple purchases until the expiry date.

MULTIPLE USES

Gift cards can be used more than once, provided there is remaining balance available.

AFTERPAY

Gift cards can be used alongside Afterpay for eligible purchases.

Enter your gift card code at checkout first.

If there is a remaining balance, you can select Afterpay for the rest of your order.

Afterpay terms apply to any remaining amount.

FRAUD PREVENTION

For security purposes, we may request proof of purchase or identification if there are concerns around misuse.
