Lifetime Diamond Warranty

The Bianca Ray Lifetime Diamond Warranty is our commitment to lasting quality, giving you confidence to wear and enjoy your lab-grown diamond jewellery every day.


WHAT IS COVERED

Each lab-grown diamond set in your Bianca Ray piece is covered under this warranty.

In the unlikely event that a diamond chips, breaks, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear, we will replace the lab-grown diamond at no cost to you. This includes both materials and workmanship required for the repair.


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

To maintain your warranty:

Keep your original purchase receipt and Bianca Ray Certificate of Authenticity.

Have your jewellery inspected every six months at a Bianca Ray store or a reputable jeweller.

Where possible, inspections will be recorded on your warranty documentation. Alternatively, we can provide an inspection form for your local jeweller.

Follow any care and maintenance guidance provided to help preserve your piece over time.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not apply to:

Repairs, alterations, or resizing carried out by third parties.

Damage caused by excessive force, impact, or wear outside of normal use.

Diamonds not originally supplied by Bianca Ray or not matching your Certificate of Authenticity.

Metal types or components not specified in your original documentation.

Jewellery that has not undergone recommended six-monthly inspections.


HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

To make a claim:

Return your jewellery to a Bianca Ray store or contact us to arrange a postal return.

Include your Certificate of Authenticity and proof of purchase.

Our team will carry out a standard assessment. In some cases, an independent gemmological review may be required.

We will keep you updated throughout the process and confirm the outcome once complete.

Once approved, your repaired or replaced piece will be ready for collection or returned to you within 10 business days.

If your claim relates to an issue within 30 days of purchase, please refer to our returns policy.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your item, please contact returns@biancaray.com.
